Description
The commercial kitchen wok cooking ranges are build with ergonomic handles, robust cast iron ring and durable power on switch. It is equipped with heavy flow drainage to prevent choke. The firebrick block is build in a single piece for fast and even heat distribution. The air blast burner uses a well known brand, Sam Cheong.
